Directory structure builds fine.
I have no network/removable drives.
I rebooted several times.
I tried Preferences -> reset to default options.

Problem is still there.

I did "Ctrl-Alt-Suppr" to see that this process is not responding (pas de
réponse). The icon of the mouse pointer (sablier) is confirming it. 

It must be locked somewhere!
