sorry - the problem was not HTTrack. The PC I tried had WLAN-access - this was
the limiting factor (although it is a "54 MBIT"-Router...).

It works also with the GUI: add to Scan-Rules --disable-security-limits
--max-rate 1000000

then it should work.
