First of all always mention the version your using.

Make sure options -> Logs -> make an index is checked.

When it opens, does it open in your browser (or a notepad?)

If not a browser, go to the directory with explorer, right click on the
index.html, select open with, select your browser, and check open always box.

If the browser opens but nothing is shown, try to Update the mirror, it should
recreate the index.
