When I choose the 'No External Pages' options it seems to do something funny
with links to JPGs.
For example, on the live site there is a link to 
<http://www.ourdomain.com/Media/PubComProductCatalog/9780764204487.jpg>

When this option is selected the changed link is this:
<file:///.../BestSellers/external.gif?link=http://www.ourdomain.com/Media/PubComProductCatalog/9780764204487.jpg>

Obviously, external.gif isn't a valid file.  If I change the extension to html
then it works.  Any idea what's going on here ... why is it pointing to
external.gif rather than external.jpg?  Thanks,
