Mirroring the site www.tpwd.state.tx.us i found 
problems viewing the resulting index.html. I detected, 
that HTRACK did not purge the tag completely, but left 
the string "<BASE ". So the structure of index.html 
was incorrect. After deleting that string, everything 
was fine. I can not tell, if the website is using that 
tag correctly, I believe they have a bad mix of ending 
an beginning "/" in their href-tags. Or is there 
another problem when HTRACK is interpreting that tag?
