I choose "No External Pages", the external links are 
replaced /external.html?link=rd1.hitbox.com/...

But when I browser offline, it's extremely slow 
showing pages.  Is there a way to solve this?  
Hopefully not by excluding indivisual links because 
banner could rotate.
