Just tried one more time based on the tutorial instructions.  instead of seeing
the HTTrack captured the link screen, i get an error saying the proxy server
is refusing requests (i used the proxy settings that HTTrack suggested, not
the ones from the tutorial).

I think this site is more complicated than the example in the tutorial--is it
possible that HTTrack can't copy the site?
