The program was working well, but now mostly I get shortened unusable
downloaded files and no error message to indicate that they were not
downloaded correclty.  Worst of all, I had previously downloaded a few days
worth of data, went to redo the few files that were bad, when I saw it was
still downloading trash, I told it to quite the update and the program PURGED
(removed) all my previous days of download - I can't believe it!!!!!  So now I
have no data and the program is downloading only trash.
