I'm having the same problem.  Mostly .tmp files.  I canceled the download but
WinHttrack just deleted them all.  I changed the settings to "Download html
files first" and it is continuing on with mp3's, wmv's etc.  I had also
checked "Do not re-download locally erased files" but it started redownloading
whole directories.  ????  When you say "You can cancel the mirror" how should
that be done?  I only see 'pause' and 'exit'.  When I hit exit it immediately
shut down.
