umm..ok thank guys.. i wondered what these tmp files meant.. but here a way i
thought of...

What if the user went though before starting Httrack, "searched" if needed,
and delete all .tmp and associated files, when HTtrack is set to Continue an
interrupted download, wouldn't it re download these missing files?
