As a follow-up to my earlier post, I am now certain that I am correct in my
theory.

Index.swf contains a single frame. 

So the remaining Web site content has to be delivered by another flash
file/s.

Perhaps the easiest way to capture the Web site content is from the browser
cache. I will investigate that in the meantime.
