and try to rip each letter-page containing scans from # to 
Z (especially the subpages, which contain larger scans)
What I tried was setting all kind of filters and starting 
with the whole mainpage or i.e. with the page listed below, 
but all it created were faulty htm pages and it saved 
nearly no jpgs (or only 1 from those many jpgs).
And I also tried all kind of switches available in this 
tool.
