xml yes if referenced in the pages.
sql, cgi, php, asp, etc., Never. 
A mirror is a snapshot in time, a collection of files. You can only get the
html output (and referenced files) from the public side of a web server. Never
the server side code/DB. Forms in the mirror will not work (there is no server
on your machine.)
