I tried with my previous example and I stopped it after 15 MiB had
transferred.  Please try the following:

httrack www.whoscored.com/LiveScores --disable-security-limits
--max-rate=1000000 -O X -v -n -R3 -c4

Note:  I'm disabling the throttling with the `disable-security-limits' so be
`nice' to the server.  You might want to change the `max-rate'
