So I think I am doing everything right.

I think the problem is this:
When I do the Catch URL, it gives me this for a proxy address:
fe80::c4a3:472a:f594:8cba%10  with a port # below.

This proxy address isn't working.

Why don't I get a normal Proxy IP?
