I figured out another solution to the error message on launch. Namely do not
have the browser open when I launch the WebHttrack. It opens it in it own good
time.

Your recommendation for the -continue option with Httrack in the other Web
version download is what that would equate to right? In other word command
line can pick up where the web version left off by going to the corresponding
directory, but how do I get the Web version to pick up where the command line
version left off? Is there commands you can put in the address bar in the
browser, like some script languages?
