Don't know what I did before but deleted the directory containing first
attempt and re-run HTTrack with default options like your example.
I now have a copy but only the first page as the navigation bar isn't working,
so guess I'm doing something wrong.
Is there something I'm doing wrong? I have followed the steps in the
documentation
