In versions 3.47-14 and later (and working in 3.47-1 through 3.47-13), when
using a user-defined format the %h and %sh options are ignored. That is, the
default %h%p/%n%q.%t acts like %p/%n%q.%t. Files are written directly into the
project directory or subfolders based on their path.
