Thanks for the reply. That clarifies one of the questions, but not many of my
other ones. I have also been running tests to see what changes with different
set-ups, but still, I am not completely sure. Does anyone know any of the
questions above?
Answering them under 1) answer; 2) answer, etc.... would be fine and save
time.
