By doing a file move with the original mangled path of the file in quotes and
the destination stated normally, I was able to restore all the httrack
progress, including the extraneous files collected way past the original
mandate.

Now I need to repeat the capture of this website with corrected syntax to
avoid the unfettered capture of stuff in the links on the intended external
linked page; "-%e1" just isn't sufficient.
