I've tried the latest version (3.21) on this site and it is
working better...the link ARE being rewritten correctly now
as far as I've looked. One cosmetic bug remains...and
whether it means there is a more serious bug underneath the
cover I'm not yet sure.
This is the duplicated HTTrack HTML headers that I
mentioned in my original posting in this thread. It is
still appearing, the same as before.

Other than this problem, it seems to work okay for this
site now.
