Yes, this is perfectly normal (most DLL's are loaded during 
WInHTTrack startup)

The 3.21-4 release should fix several interface bugs 
(http://www.httrack.com/index.php?p=2) ; maybe it will also 
fix the problems you had? (but I doubt it, because no crash 
log were generated :( )
