I am using the windows version, but i think you are using 
the correct setting.  I'm not sure what prints to the 
screen in the command line version and whatnot, but have 
you actually checked the directory for the files?  From 
what i can tell, the htmls are still completely downloaded 
using the testlinks setting, but they are not written to 
disk.  And no, there is no other option that i am changing.
