Well, if you stopped the mirror in a standard way (waiting
for pending downloads to finish), the "Contnue an
interrupted download" option should restart quickly, NOT
downloading already downloaded material (DO NOT use
the "Update" option, however, which would be MUCH longer)
But there is no way to "Freeze" the current state, as all
context (links, stack..) are quite hard to save..
