i tried to get <http://www.fisconet.fgov.be/fr/>

the problem is, that httrack adds a question mark to the 
urls when getting the above mentioned website:

for example:

www.fisconet.fgov.be/fr/??vrb.dll&root=v:/FisconetFra.2/&file=vrb2002/vrb02&versie=04
&rgl=209&zoek=000000000&R1=&titel=0&T1=&T2=&T3=&T4=&T5=&T6=
&T7=&T8=&T9=&E1=&E2=&E3=&E4=&E5=&E6=&E7=&E8=&E9=&E10=

instead of:

www.fisconet.fgov.be/fr/?vrb.dll&root=v:/FisconetFra.2/&file=vrb2002/vrb02&versie=04
&rgl=209&zoek=000000000&R1=&titel=0&T1=&T2=&T3=&T4=&T5=&T6=
&T7=&T8=&T9=&E1=&E2=&E3=&E4=&E5=&E6=&E7=&E8=&E9=&E10=

(note: only one question mark)

ok, ok - this urlparams are really silly, but this is 
provoking problems. i can't see, where this additional 
question mark is comming from -> perhaps it is added from 
httrack?
