BTW, I also replicated the problem using the commands and 
arguments that you used recently:

% httrack -%F '' <http://mobile.zeuscat.com>
..
% httrack --continue
..
% httrack --continue

% more hts-cache/doit.log

-%F "" <http://mobile.zeuscat.com> -iC1 -iC1
File generated automatically on Sun, 15 Jun 2003 12:24:36, 
do NOT edit

Somehow, I'm still seeing "" in all of the html files.
