The .ram file is actually a link to a rtsp file:
<rtsp://rmv8.bbc.net.uk/radio4/routes/posh/poshroutes_onslow>.

Unfortunately, httrack does not support rtsp (realtime 
streaming) protocol, because of a total lack of decent 
support & documentation for this proprietary format.
