Okay, actually I totally forgot the purpose of the "URL
hack" (option %u, activated by default): there is already a
normalizer that allows not to make any difference
between /foo//bar and /fo/bar
I added the "query string arguments sorting" ; seems to
work AFAIKS.
The -alpha-8 includes this feature - please give some
feedback if possible :)
