WinHTTrackIEBar.dll

WinHTTrackIEBar.dll has no response to DllRegisterServer.

So then I ran the installer distribution. Same result.

     "DllRegisterServer failed: 0x80070078"

So then I created a few registry keys, constructing the 
entries from what I could find (eg .rgs). No success. 

The CLSID key I made seems fine, as does the MSIE tool 
button key. I made a key also at 
HKCR\WinHTTrackIEBar.WinHTTrackLauncher\. I didn't 
construct a TypeLib key. Didn't know if needed. And at that 
point feeling I was beginning to wander lost in the forest. 

I am hoping that someone that has a better hold can instead 
make it work where all I have to is the DllRegister server 
command...

I know that after I post this, I'm going to discover the 
line breaks to be all messed up. That part I remember from 
last time I'd posted here, some time back. What I forgot 
was how to keep the line break situation clean...
