How would you handle the following links? I have problems 
in the navigation for this page 
<http://www.veritas.com/de/AT/> for the Products link. The 
top level nav gets downloaded and changed but the subnavs 
do not.

Top Level <http://www.veritas.com/Products/www?c=home&ln=de_AT> --> Becomes
/Products/wwwa5ef.html?c=home&ln=de_AT 
SubNav <http://www.veritas.com/Products/www?c=category&refId=148&ln=de_AT> -->
stays the same
