Wow. 60KB of filters is too much: can't you simplify it a 
little ?
If not, try to use a list of filters instead (AND erase the 
current list) : put this line among other URLs:
--urllist C:\myfilters.txt

(the C:\myfilters.txt stands for your URL file, with one 
URL per line)
