Hi all,

When I'm spidering, a lot of .shtml files get renamed 
to .html. The content in the file stays the same, but when 
I send the URL to someone to look at online, it's broken.

Not all .html files can be re-named to .shtml, since there 
are plenty of plain .html files on this site.

Does anyone know what is happening here and how I might 
control this behavior?
