On eBay, there is an item with the title "Download Websites
to Your PC w/ resell rights". The picture looks just like
HTTrack. In the description, it says, "Software like this
normally cost $49.00 or more for a single user. Buy the
Advanced Website Copier now and get it for only $5.75."

This sounds like they are scamming people. I wanted to let
