Yes, it's allowed to sell GPL-Programs. But the complete
sourcecode has to be on the disk and I'm sure that it's not
allowed to change the copyright note. I think someone should
buy this to check if this versions really doesn't violate
the GPL. If something seems to be wrong, then you could contact:
