Oh, my gosh. I don't want to be responsible for confusing 
you. Httrack generally works for me ... but sometimes not 
so well.

<http://www.example.com/mypage> is what should go in the 
URL box.

Make sure your filters are like:

-*www.example.com/*
+*www.example.com/mypage/*

On the Limits tab, 0 for "Maximum mirror depth" means "no 
limit" ; 0 for "Maximum external depth" means "no external 
links".
