This shouldn't happen if you move the whole project folder
(including the hts-cache subfolder - which is not necessary
to browse offline).
At least one of your mirror subfolders must be at the wrong
place.
You can find out which one by reading the messages or
what you can do is to update the mirror, it shouldn't take
too long, verify it and burn the whole project onto a CD.
