Try to add additional filters, such as:
+*.zip +*.cgi
This may be because the files are located 'outside'
(that is, in upper structures, or in other host
address) - this may be due to javascript tricks, too,
or robots.txt rules (look at the hts-log.txt file if
necessary!)

Please report these bugs, if possible :)
(apart from the strange-and-totally-random crash at
the end of a mirror, and minor interface bugs, the
engine should be stable - in fact all remaining bugs
seems to come from the interface - darn!)
