there's another very interesting thing that happens, so i 
would be glad to hear some explanation:

whenever i mirror any site with this version of httrack 
(v3.20RC1) at the bottom of available project's index.html 
i can see the next line:

Mirror and index made by HTTrack Website Copier 
[XR&CO'2002] 

which is the standard line that is generated by httrack 
automatically - and then all those problems arise... but 
after some time, maybe after restarting my computer, in 
that same index.html i see the different line:

Mirror and index made by HTTrack Website Copier 
[XR&CO'2001] 

(there is a difference in years at the end of the line!!!) 
when this line is shown, all things r back to normal!!!!!!!

i really do not know where to look, but i hope that u would 
find some explanation!!!
