If memory serves me, the SWF library in HTTrack is based on something (specs?)
provided by Macromedia and that there was only support for discovering links
within the Flash files, not altering.  I don't recall though if this was due
to the Macromedia license or the technical aspect of changing a binary file.

We would love it if HTTrack altered the links in SWF... :)
