We've got a website which was deigned some time ago by a former colleague using
"content management software" of some sort & that he cannot remember the
password for.  The site is outdated & needs reworking, but I'd rather not
start from scratch & we don't have most of the original files.  What I need to
know is whether or not this software will allow me to download the site,
update phone & contact & product details etc, then upload the site again using
something like Microsoft Publisher and filezilla.  Our hosting company is
1and1.co.uk
