Yes.
1) Use HTTrack to parse the publicly available website content to
subdirectories on your computer (read Welcome on www.httrack.com).
2) Use Filezilla to upload those subdirectories. Note: remove or modify
content of subdirectories to your liking before uploading.
3) Configure the web server.
