Thank you for the replay.
as i say i want HTTrack commnd to download. i do not want to creat list
file..(if possible otherwise i'll use list file)

and the other thing. i was not able to creat the file by the command you have
writen.
by the command
for /l %A in (1,1,5000) do echo ...regno=%A^&year=... >file.txt
it comes syntax error

I am using the Windows ME. and i done the command from 'ms-dos promt'
the i try 

for %A in (1,1,5000) do echo ...regno=%A^&year=... >file.txt
the command creat the txt file. but in it only one (last)line 
...regno=5000^&year=...
