I verified on my site that:
1. I have to set everything by excluding the logout link
2. I have to perform a first (unsuccessful) mirror
3. After 4-5 hours, I reopen the mirror project, I run it again and this time
everything works well. 

William told me that this should be caused by cookies. Anyway, every time I
try it, my time wasting process... works.
