I'm sorry, my former message is perhaps stupid,
I just noticed that I had only :

"WildCardFilters=+*.css +*.js -ad.doubleclick.net/* -*microsoft.com*"

as values for WildCardFilters in my winprofile.ini,
that must explain why I have no pictures and no movies...
