Okay, I'm an idiot... I'm not sure exactly what to do here.

Do I use my ip address when I run ipconfig or do I use Verizons ip address?
Where do I insert that info? In the connection settings.  The options show
Http proxy, ssl proxy, ftp proxy, gopher proxy, socks host or the automatic
proxy configuration url:

How do find what port to use?
I appologize for being such an idiot, your help would be appreciated.

I am using mozilla 5.0 with xp. I also use internet explorer 6.0
