Hi, I'm wondering whether this is resolved in 3.43-9?
I've set the maximum transfer to 500 B/s, but have in 8 minutes downloaded
over 3 MiB. Surely that doesn't square? Limited active connection to 1, so
timeouts shouldn't be a problem. According to my maths, that shouldn't happen
before 2 hours. Or am I misunderstanding what this does?
