Hi, I have not solved the problem. About robots.txt the log file says this: 

11:57:05 Info:  Note: due to www.pi.infn.it remote robots.txt rules, links
begining with these path will be forbidden: / (see in the options to disable
this)

But I don't understand which option I may change...
