Xavier, I think HTTPS links need looking at again :-( They work fine now when
using "No External Links" (NEL) option, but screw up when that option is off
(default).

Have a look at the "Employment Services Network" link on my test page:
<http://www.service.tas.gov.au/leto/httrack.htm>

With NEL on, the link is "external.html?link=https://esn.gov.au/
With NEL off, the link is "esn.gov.au"

---------------------

Actually, something else which has appeared with this test... with the page
above, "httrack.htm" is captured. If you turn on "Make an index", a
"index.html" is created but suffers from the
<!-- Note: Template file not found, using internal one -->
problem!

Also, the format of the code on index.html here is the SAME format and error
message that appears in a corrupted C:\my websites\index.html
