I think you've fixed the index.html problem!  All my tests so far have been
unable to corrupt any of the pages!  Excellent.

Now just one more thing to do: in the "footer" of those generated pages
(external.html, index.html) you need to fix my name up again ;)  "Kauler Leto"
change to "Leto Kauler", and you also need to remove height="100%" from the
table.

I'll write myself a note to finish the CSS code too!
