The people of this site, and community do not work for you nor do they have any
incentive to assist you in your project for free. On top of that, your
demanding attitude is counter productive if you are asking for assistance
because it's very unlikely anyone here will even try to help you now.

Do your own research, the information to do what you want is available on the
net. If you are unable to do that, you are most likely unable to understand
what is necessary to create such an archive of information.

Besides that, there are already people archiving sites who have a much better
understanding than you do and who are using custom tools and not httrack. They
also understand the petabytes of information they'll be gathering.... Do you
actually think a large project will fit on your tiny home HD? Large sites like
Amazon sit in huge datacenters. You simply won't be able to copy them.

Smaller public message forums should be able to be copied. Look it up, try
some settings etc... If you don't understand the settings in the GUI version
of httrack, this is probably something you won't be able to do. Understand
your limitations and stop demanding others help you.
